This newly built spacious four bedroom villa is built on a large plot, offering fantastic views down to the sea and Paphos. The villa is located in Secret Valley, close to both Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills golf courses.

The double front doors open out onto the spacious dining area with circular table able to accommodate up to 8 persons with 'lazy Susan'. Off the hall way is located the kitchen and separate downstairs cloak room with shower. The kitchen is well equipped with all that you would need for a self-catering holiday, including large fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.

The large modern living area has sofas for all members of the party to relax and watch the Plasma TV, with DVD and Satellite TV with surround sound system. Patio doors lead off the living area to the extensive gardens and shaded pool terrace. Outside dining has been well catered for with large patio dining table and chairs and built in BBQ.

The marble stairs lead from the hallway to the upper level. All bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms with both the double bedrooms sharing the large 'sundowner' terrace, perfect to watch the sunset over Paphos and the sea. The two twin rooms have smaller separate balconies. All of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning is included in the price.

Leading from the first level is a staircase to the roof terrace with spectacular views over Secret Valley and the Paphos coastline.

Outside the villa has a large 10m x 5m swimming pool with plenty of room for sunbathing on the loungers. Large sunshade parasols are also provided for those that prefer to stay out of the sun. The garden is spacious and well maintained. Covered car port is provided and adequate car parking space for three cars.

Like Aphrodite Hills, Secret Valley is a residential golf resort, still in development stage. Car hire is recommended.
