This three bedroom villa is perfect for a family getaway, being located on the Secret Valley golf resort, adjacent to the 5* golf resort of Aphrodite Hills and just 5 minutes drive from the newly opened Nick Faldo Elias Golf course. Being close to the amenities of both Pissouri and Paphos Town, but far away enough to enjoy good levels of peace and privacy, this villa comes highly recommended.
The open plan, ground floor is stylishly furnished with entertainment provided by TV (limited satellite channels) and DVD player. The owner of this lovely villa has also added an ?i-pod ?docking station with detachable speakers so that music can be played in any part of the villa (bring your own i-pod/i-phone). The dining table comfortably seats 6 and the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. A guest cloakroom is also located on the ground floor.

The three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master double bedroom has a double bed, en-suite shower room and a private balcony that overlooks the pool area. This bedroom also has a flat screen TV linked to the satellite TV. Two further bedrooms, a double and a twin are also located on this floor, sharing a family bathroom. The twin room has a flat screen TV with built in DVD player.

All 3 bedrooms, the living area and dining area are equipped with air conditioning units which are included in the price and free internet Wi-Fi throughout.

The private 8 by 4 meter swimming pool is surrounded by a paved terrace equipped with sun beds and parasols. A barbecue is supplied for outdoor dining, and the artificial lawn is superb for kids to play on. The pool also has a slide for the younger members of the party to enjoy. A gated driveway leads to private parking, ample for three cars if required and flower borders add a splash of colour to the property perimeter. To the rear of the villa, beside the BBQ, the owner has a small orchard with apple, apricot and banana trees, which the owner is happy for you to pick from when in season.

There is an English Villa Manager who lives closeby if assistance during your stay is required.

For golfers, Aphrodite Hills, Elias (the new Nick Faldo course) and Secret Valley golf courses are nearby, and the traditional village of Kouklia is only 3 kilometres away. Here you will find excellent local tavernas, as well as a couple of good mini-markets. Paphos Town, with it wide range of facilities is just a short 15 minute drive and the smaller resort of Pissouri Bay and traditional village of Pissouri just a short 10 minute drive away.
