Both the dining area and lounge have large doorway leading out into the garden and pool area.

The upper level houses the three remaining bedrooms, the master double featuring an en suite bathroom. There is a shared bathroom for the remaining double and twin rooms.

The villa is out of the main tourist area of Kato Paphos, however, within walking distance of the beach and Paphos Waterpark. The main village of Geriskipou is less than 2km from the villa and although this can be reached by foot, car hire is recommended for this property.

Airconditioning use is extra, Eur 5 per day for each of the bedrooms and Eur 10 per day for the living room. Payable on arrival.
