Furnished by Agios with contemporary and stylish furnishings, Calypso is our flagship villa in Pissouri. It has an ideal location – within easy walking distance of the village, shops, restaurants and the beach, but in a tranquil setting on an exclusive development.
The villa is built on two levels:
Upper level
The main double bedroom boasts a large private balcony with superb views across the bay. Views to the rear are of the inland hills with Troodos in the far distance. The room features large sliding glass doors which create a Mediterranean ambience. The room also has walk in wardrobe and private shower/bathroom.
The second bedroom, with twin beds, also has superb sea views. It features a large private shower/bathroom, with a separate dressing area and ample wardrobe space.
The top level is split by an open walk way, the views of the sea are visible from every point in the villa.
Lower level
The lounge and double-height dining area are separated by a stunning contemporary fireplace, both rooms boasting sliding doors that lead out to the pool area and more sea views. Outside is a private pool (8m * 4m) and dining area which is perfect for enjoying al fresco dining and cool cocktails as the sun sets. Entertainment includes:

The third bedroom, with twin beds, also has a private shower/bathroom, ample wardrobe space and sliding doors opening out onto the pool area.
The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you should need if you decide to cook. However, we suggest you take a stroll down to one of the taverns located on or near the beach and enjoy Cypriot cuisine under the grape vines. The village up in the hills has a Cypriot night on Wednesdays in the summer, this is a must with bouzouki players performing in the cobbled village square littered with local taverns.
All rooms have independently-controlled air conditioning.
WIFI is included free, and there is also a Bluetooth speaker compatible with all Bluetooth-enabled iphones, android phones, tablets etc.
