Large windows and patio doors open out to the rear pool terrace. A guest cloakroom is also located on this floor. The granite staircase leads upstairs to the four bedrooms. The 2 double bedded rooms both have private balconies and sea views, whilst the 2 twin bedded rooms overlook the pool terrace. All are comfortably and attractively furnished, with co-ordinating bedcovers and cushions. The master bedroom has a private en-suite shower room. A large family bathroom completes the facilities. A safety deposit box and hairdryer are available and a baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.

Outside, the large well-landscaped garden offers a large built-in barbeque, sink unit and shower. The swimming pool is bordered by a spacious sunbathing terrace, equipped with sunbeds, parasols, and a large shaded pergola complete with dining table and wicker-style chairs and cushioned sofa, for relaxing and dining al-fresco. A lawned area at the side is the ideal place for children to play, and flower beds and fruit trees add splashes of colour. High fencing and mature bushes and trees add privacy.

The beach is but a few meters away from the villa, where a variety of water sports can be enjoyed such as canoeing, sailing, paddle boats, skiing, jet skiing, sea rockets, parasailing.
