This lovely 4 bedroom villa is situated directly in front of the sea and just a minute walk to the beach. If you like the open doors and have the sea at your doorstep then this is the perfect villa for you. The villa boasts 3 levels. On the ground floor the fully equipped kitchen forms an open plan layout with the dining area which itself has large sliding doors leading out onto the main patio giving you a true Mediterranean experience, overlooking the swimming pool and garden. Through the separate lounge towards the main entrance is a twin bedroom with a shower room adjacent.
On the upper level there are 3 bedrooms. The first double bedroom and a further twin bedroom both have en-suite shower facilities and the master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Both double bedrooms have doors leading to a balcony with open views to the sparkling blue sea; in the summer it is warm enough to enjoy a night?s sleep with the windows and curtains open to make the most of the cool sea breezes. The upper twin bedroom has a door leading to stairs directly to the pool. All bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air-conditioning.
The third level features a stunning roof terrace which boasts panoramic views across the bay. There is also a small kitchenette, perfect if you are having a BBQ for washing up. It is also perfect for those sundowners as you watch the sunset over the Med.
The garden spoils you to sublime views of the bay, built in BBQ, private swimming pool and lawn area complete with pergola seating area.
Car hire is not essential as within walking distance of the villa you will find, beaches, mini-market, local fish tavern and the bus service between Paphos and Coral Bay, however, if you would like to venture further, Agios can assist with car hire.
This September was our second stay within two years at Poseidon beach villa with our little daughter, 2 more couples and one child. Being frequent travellers, all we seek is a place that resembles home as far as amenities are concerned, but has the lookalike of a dream house at the beach. And that we found at Yanni's villa, in front of potima bay right next to coral beach, which explains why we returned second year on the roll. The house is fully furnished with all the needed equipment such as dishwasher, laundry machine, wifi (our work never lets us at ease, so wifi is a must wherever we are), the spacious rooms and areas of common use (where one can go away from the rest of the company and kids and get to work), the wonderful matresses from which we didnt want to get up in the morning. Any comment is way too little to describe this place. We enjoyed amazing breakfasts by the pool and had the most awesome dinners during sunset with views at this majestic bay. Around the spot you get all the peace and quiet you need during vacations, while in less than half a mile away you get to the nearest coffee house and bars

Our third trip to coral beach villas Poseidon has the lovely view across to Coral Bay and the views of Potima Bay and beach front. The area on the beach now has the addition of the bar and beachfront refreshments area. the facilities of this villa are like home from home and not a holiday let. I would say if you are worried about burglaries check all the doors and windows when's you arrive and you know everything is safe. there is the burglar alarm and as anywhere else be sensible with your valuables and cash. Beautiful sunsets and BBQ a area with outside dining table, so nice to relax outside in the evenings. We all (family members) love this villa and location. We returned, in October 2014, to the Poseidon for a three generation family holiday, having been there the previous year. The location and facilities were ideal for all ages, 4-60. The heated pool, the proximity to the sea, the beautiful sunsets, and the villa facilities (especially the BBQ), really made the holiday. We scarcely left the villa. Thoroughly recommended.

Our family of 9 made up of 4 adults & 5 children has just arrived back from a 2 week stay in Oceanos, this is the best villa we have every stayed in and the pictures do not do it justice. It is the perfect holiday villa with amazing views, excellent facilities and a fantastic outside dinning area and living space. The location is great, 100m stroll from the villa is a beach side bar, with a 3/4 minute drive into Coral Bay and a 10 minute drive into Paphos Port, the location is perfect to access both resorts. We will be going back to the villa as everyone had such a great time. I am not one for writing letters or reviews, this is the first one I have every wrote, we are lucky enough to go on several holidays pa, however, I felt I had to write this review, this villa is fantastic for a family holiday
