Outside, lawned gardens surround the 9 x 4 m swiming pool with walk in steps surrounded by adequate sunbathing area with sunbeds and parasols. Let the kids splash in the pool or run around the garden before taking a walk along the beach. A portable barbecue provides plenty of opportunity to enjoy al fresco dining with shade provided on the terrace.
The driveway entrance to the villa is gated and there is ample space for parking several cars.
