The first floor has a spacious twin bedroom with chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobes and a comfortable chair by the doors of the verandah to enjoy the view at the front of the house. The family bathroom is on this level with a large bath, basin and WC.
Also on the first floor is one of the two double bedrooms, with a double bed, a chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobes. There is an en-suite shower and a verandah overlooking the pool area.
The second double bedroom is located in the basement, it features a double bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobes and chair for relaxing.
There is a further twin bedroom, with chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and fitted wardrobes.
On the basement floor you can also find a shower room and the utility room which includes, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Outside the villa to the front of the property is a lovely garden with many shrubs, plants and native Cypriot flowers.To the side you is the barbecue area and to the rear is a large pergola covering the pretty patio area which overlooks the swimming pool and gardens. There is also garden dining furniture, sun loungers and parasols.
This property is a short drive from the main resort offering a wide range of sporting activities, including Golf, Tennis, Fitness center and spa facilities (payable locally).
Fantastic beaches and Paphos town are a short drive away.
