Up a small flight of stairs will take you to a door, leading out to a spacious verandah, which can also be accessed from steps from the side of the villa.  Perfect for looking over the countryside to the Mediterranean sea, whilst relaxing in the sunshine.

The master bedroom is located on the top floor of the house and features a double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom.

The fourth bedroom is in the basement level and includes a double bed, chest of drawers with lamps and fitted wardrobes.    There is a shower room on this floor, as well as the utility room which includes washing machine, ironing board, iron and a spare heater.

A large pergola covers part of the patio and shades the outside furniture. The area around the pool has sun loungers and parasols, there is also a built-in Barbeque area. The large beautiful garden has seasonal foliage and established trees. 

This property is just a short drive from the main resort offering a wide range of sporting activities including Golf, Tennis, Fitness center and Spa facilities (payable locally).

Numerous beautiful beaches and Paphos town are just a short drive away.
